Warplan Orange the game is pretty neat. 1920's-1938 when the

airplane was not so Naval advanced and you pretty much had to start
chugging the fleet towards the Philippine Sea and find japan and just slug it out.

Though it has all the surface BB's and BC that got scrapped by the
Washington 5:5:3 treaty in it and they are big, slow and hard hittin'!
(note the pic, that's not the CV Lady Lex'!)

Do agry that sailing over to hit japan per Plan #1 is a lotta blue H20 to
cover. Prolly is a Bridge to Far under their C.A.P. air-space and sub's
just waiting to hit our big fat battlewagons.

CV1the ole Langley?
Yah; neat ship. A 1st-mover; literally.
Too bad it got wasted up above Australian like it did.
: (
Lotta STUD naval air guys cut their teeth's on that baby.

Why were Ranger and Wasp (which got PacWar sunk) incompatible?
Too small too few planes?

Good post!

thx!
